An unknown individual shattered the front window of Moonlight Intimate Apparel in the Centre Market area this past weekend. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, as reported by Susan Shoemaker, the building's owner who also resides in the apartment above the retail shop. Initially, Shoemaker dismissed the loud noise, as disturbances are not uncommon in the bustling Centre Market district.
Upon discovering the damage the following morning, she was shocked and saddened by the act of vandalism. The broken window not only poses a financial burden on her business but also raises concerns about safety in the neighborhood.
