The episode, which also featured U.S. Representative Brad Finstad, focused on the push to repeal Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting.

The BOI rule, which took effect earlier this year, requires many small business owners to disclose personal details about their company's ownership to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Critics argue the mandate is an unfunded burden that exposes sensitive data and punishes honest entrepreneurs. The Minnesota business owner described the paperwork as confusing and time-consuming, taking hours away from running the company.
