A Wyalusing man has been sentenced following his conviction for breaking into a local business and stealing cash. Hunter B. Oslin, 28, appeared in Bradford County Court for sentencing related to the incident.
Authorities detailed that Oslin unlawfully entered the establishment without permission and removed an undisclosed sum of money from within. The breach represented a serious violation of both property and trust within the small community.
The court handed down a sentence of a minimum of nine months to a maximum of 23 months in the Bradford County Correctional Facility. This incarceration will be followed by a consecutive term of two years of probation. As part of his sentencing, Oslin was also ordered to pay restitution to the victimized business, ensuring financial compensation for the losses incurred.
